Returning after the shutdown from Covid the Haggard Boxcar Fest featuring the Country Music of Bakersfield is back in full force. Enjoy the Tribute to the music of Merle Haggard in this outdoor event.
Event Details
Hosted by the Bakersfield Music Hall of Fame & the Kern County Museum. The Haggard Boxcar Festival features a tribute with the music of Merle Haggard along with other Bakersfield Artist's music. Enjoy the music, food and vendors while strolling through the new Bakersfield Sound Exhibit and the viewing of the Haggard Boxcar Home all in one event, Gates open at 3PM, security screening will be in place. Stage Area seating will be a sectioned off area in the front lawn area of the stage and will include a folding chair. The field section is standing area, lawn chairs brought in and will go through security. Chairs will be available to rent. No outside food or drinks allowed.
